Neighborhood Block Parties Welcome students back to Mason

On Friday, Sept. 5, the Resident Student Association hosted block parties on campus to welcome students back to George Mason University and celebrate the new school year.

This all-evening series of events included festivities in each of the three residential neighborhoods on campus, Shenandoah, Rappahannock and Aquia, with a late-night neon block party at North Plaza. Activities ranged from free food and giveaways to music, games and crafts.
