Eight-time Olympic medalist and two-time gold medal winner Apolo Ohno will share his personal story in a special event held in the Center of the Arts on the Fairfax campus of George Mason University at 8 p.m. on Tuesday, April 15.
Ohno will detail his “zero-regrets” philosophy, his transition from a kid to world-class athlete, his identity as an Asian-American and his relationship with his single-parent father.
Tickets for the Mason event, co-sponsored by the Center for the Arts and the Office of Student Involvement, are on sale now.
Students, faculty and staff receive a discount with their Mason ID card. Student tickets are $5, with a limit of two. Faculty and staff tickets are $10, with a limit of two. General admission tickets are $15.
