Get ready to show some pride and join the festivities, because Mason Week is kicking back into full swing from April 21-25. This year marks the forty-ninth anniversary of Mason Week, one of Mason’s longest standing traditions. The Office of Student Involvement is proud to offer students a week filled with fun.
April 21
Laserpalooza: Laser Tag
Finley Quad – 6 to 9 p.m.
Test your talents in this year’s Laser Tag showdown.
April 22
Extreme Air Quad Pods
Finley Quad – 2 to 5 p.m.
Slip into a safety harness and bounce from trampoline to trampoline until your heart is content, which is far more extreme than it sounds.
April 23
Air Bunker Ball
Finley Quad – 12 to 3 p.m.
Experience all the fun of paint ball without the mess that comes with it.
April 24
Movie on the Lawn
Presidents Park – 8:30 to 10 p.m.
OSI presents a special movie event: a “Frozen” sing-a-long, for all those musical souls.
April 25
Mason Day
Lot L – 2 to 8 p.m.
Marking the end of Mason Week, Mason Day features carnival style rides, games and giveaways. Local bands will perform as visitors join each other for an evening of fun. This event is free for those with Mason IDs and $10 for those without. Students will receive two free food tickets upon entry, while additional tickets will be on sale for $1.
Ludacris Concert
Patriot Center – 8 p.m.
A live performance from Ludacris will close off Mason Day and Week. Ticket prices start at $35 and are available through all Ticketmaster outlets such as the Patriot Center box office or online at http://ticketmaster.com. Doors open at 7 p.m.
